Due to the global pandemic starting in 2020, we quickly recognised the requirement to make engagement with the bank easier for our clients. We achieved this through the launch of stronger digitally based, collaboration tools that provide more choice and flexibility in how clients conduct their day-to-day business with us.

Since then we have continually introduced new digital tools that are all specifically and securely designed to help streamline our onboarding, account management and periodic review processes.
